This oil has an intense and fruity aroma of green olives, with notes reminiscent of mint and freshly cut grass. Fruits such as apples or bananas also stand out.
In the mouth, the flavors of tomato and green walnut stand out, and a final flavor of almond that provides an excellent sensation on the palate. As a whole, it is a harmonic oil, rich, with multiple attributes and very complete, with a perfect balance between sweet, bitter and spicy.
