The traditional Schützenbach method of transforming the wine into vinegar coupled with 12 months of aging in French oak barrels results in its elegant flavor and incomparable aroma. At the end of the process we add a part of grape juice to achieve a smooth acidity on the palate in the final product.

Description
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Intense purple red.
Nose: In the first place, red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and currants are appreciated. After a few moments, a wide aromatic range is perceived that goes from floral notes to sensations of red fruit candy and a background of sweet spices that remind us of vanilla and cinnamon.
Palate: Its passage through the mouth is friendly and sweet. It is a sweet and pleasant vinegar where all the perceptions found in the nose are repeated.
Pairing: Ideal to combine with salads where red fruits have a leading role as well as with anchovies, either in a salad, on toast with tomato or as an aperitif. Ideal to accompany all kinds of birds such as duck breast. Perfect for suckling pig with bittersweet orange and merlot vinegar.
