TASTING NOTE
Colour: Aged straw yellow colour.
Nose: Its penetrating and direct aroma is reminiscent of fresh grass and tea leaves.
Mouth: Fresh, perfumed and light. On the palate it has a persistent taste with a significant presence of sweet apple aromas.
Pairing: With all kinds of fruit salads and especially with apple, avocado and walnut salad. Delicious with sauteed fresh spinach.It can also be used for desserts such as baked apple.
