Our acorn-fed Iberian ham comes from one of the hind limbs of the Iberian pig. It has been subjected to the action of salt and subsequently to a careful drying process in natural cellars to ensure the excellent quality of this product.
Conservation.
Keep it in a dry and cool place with a constant temperature, the ideal would be in a range of 18º to 24ºC.
For optimum preservation of the piece, put a thin slice of fat from the piece itself on top of the cut and a cotton cloth.
Consumption:
Consume preferably in 21 days.
