Description

To reach its maximum point of quality, a slow curing in a natural cellar is needed, so it will have an incomparable flavor and aroma.

Conservation:

Keep it in a dry and cool place with a constant temperature, the ideal would be in a range of 18º to 24ºC.

For optimum preservation of the piece, put a thin slice of fat from the piece itself on top of the cut and a cotton cloth.

Consumption:

Consume preferably in 21 days.
