Description

  • Elaboration: Made from a selection of the best Tempranillo variety of grape on our oldest vines; ecologically cultivated between the Jucar River Valley and the Cabriel River Valley. Harvested by hand in boxes with a controlled fermentation temperature (19ºC) in order to achieve a soft extraction of color, aromas and gentle tannins.

Description

Ageing

  • 7 months in concrete tanks with the lees left in to increase aromatic and taste profiles..

Tasting

  • Color: With a red cherry color and violet borders it is a clean and bright wine.
  • Aroma: Intense aroma with sublte predominance of red ripe fruit, wild fruit (typical of this variety) and a touch of licorice. 
  • Taste: Inside the mouth the taste combines a kind ,silky start with soft acidity. This wine is fresh and persistent on the palate.
