  • Elaboration: Made from a selection of the best Macabeo grapes whose vines are ecologically cultivated between the Jucar River Valley and the Cabriel River Vally. Harvested by hand in boxes, using low temperature fermentation to maximise a variety of aromas and flavors.

Description

Ageing

  • 80% in raised concrete tanks for 7 months with the lees left in and 20% bred in French oak barrels.

Tasting

  • Color: Pale yellow wine, perfectly clean and bright.Tear abundant, thick and smooth, giving a softness in the mouth..
  • Aroma:  Medium - High aromatic intensity, great fineness, frankness and limpidity of aromas. Primary aromas of the Macabeo variety appear in the form of apple and pear, envolving into secondary aromas of jasmine and margartia among other white flower. 
  • Taste:This is a young wine, which on first taste, is marked by a characteristic acidity of its type. With a full body taste in the mouth however, it glides smoothly filling and unfoldin retronasal aromas, leaving a robust afertaste.
