Description

Ageing

  • This wine, raised 11 month with the lees left, is the result of a blend of 20% bred in concrete tanks and 80%in French oak barrels.

Tasting

  • Color:in our wines, the main objetive is to show the personality of our grape. In this case, the bobal variety has an intense color, with a high layer and with a purple border that indicates the youth of the wine even though it has been growing for 10 month in the barrel, where we can feel the age of our old vineyards.
  • Aroma:at this time, the primary aromas of red fruit predominate, which together with the nuances contributed by French oak barrels and the characteristics of the clay-calcareous soils, show us a wine that combines youth with seriousness.
  • Taste: we find a wine full of freshness with a full mouth and full of nuances that together with the volume and kind tannin of the variety make us understand that it is a wine enjoyable from the first moment and that it evolved over years gaining complexity and seriousness in bottle.
