  • Elaboration:Made from a selection of the best Macabeo variety of grapes from Vines ecologically cultivated between the Jucar River Valley and the Cabriel River Valley. Harvested by hand in boxes at the end of September this maximising the natural sugar content. Once the wine has reached the desired level of sweetness we stop the fermantation with cold shock

  • Taste: Inside the mouth it has the perfect balance between acidity, alcohol and sweetness. Very unctuous wine with a lush texture, rich in taste sentations.
