To make this cava, the best white wines of the Chardonnay, Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel•lo varieties are chosen. After adding the sugar and selected yeasts, the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle (traditional method) in our Jaume Serra cavas, at a temperature never higher than 16º C in order to achieve a small and persistent bubble. This cava remains in our Jaume Serra cellars in strict darkness and silence for a minimum of 24 months.
This Cava Brut Nature Vintage has a straw yellow color. Bakery and pastry aromas combined with dried fruit. When it continues to open, aromas of citrus and peach are appreciated. On the palate it is very expressive and elegant, with a fresh and unctuous mid palate.
Perfect with grilled red meats, bolognese pasta and spicy food.
We recommend serving the Cava Jaume Serra Pinot Noir between 4 and 6º C.
