This cava is made under the strict traditional method, in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and then it ages in perfect cold conditions, in quiet underground cellars for a minimum of 12 months. The Trepat and Pinot noir grape varieties have been used.
Tasting notes:
This Cava Rosado Brut is raspberry pink in colour, bright and clean with fine, abundant and persistent bubbles. It presents itself on the nose with good aromatic intensity, very fresh and fruity. In the mouth, the red fruits stand out, giving freshness, breadth, liveliness and good acidity.
Pairing:
This rosé cava goes very well with appetizers, rice dishes and oily fish thanks to its acidity.
Service Recommendation:
We recommend serving Cava Jaume Serra Rosado between 4 and 6º C.
