PRESERVATION: The sliced Joselito Chorizo should be stored at 4-10 °C.
PREPARATION: It is recommended to remove the sliced Joselito Chorizo from the fridge at least 60 min before consumption. CONSUMPTION To fully appreciate the taste and aroma of Joselito Chorizo, it should be consumed at room temperature between 20 and 25 ºC.
